Before I go into detail, I request that anyone who becomes an admin will:
Be flexible time-wise and able to invest time and effort into the group. If, for whatever reason, you need to take a break or step down as admin, tell me as soon as possible! If you feel that I am neglecting the group, or could be more pro-active, then tell me. I’m prone to go through periods of being super-active to hardly visiting. If I do this, just give me a nudge or a slap on the wrist. If you want to switch roles, be given more/less responsibility then let me know. Admins
Advertising Those part of the advertising team are expected to send out affiliate notices to appropriate groups, invite members to join #Penpa and to post in the Group forum about the group. Your task is to get the word out there but to not go overboard. I would prefer a steady number of views a week rather than a big spike in a single day. When a contest has been organised, I would like you to create a journal about the group’s contest or provide a link in your signature.

Critiquers This team would be focusing on #Penpa’s ‘Critique’ folder. A schedule will be created so that you can put some time aside to read and critique on these submissions. Am looking for individuals aged 18+ as any submissions tagged as mature won’t be a problem. I don’t mind if the Critique team work together or alone but it has to be done.
If you’re interested then please remember that you have to have to be constructive but respectful to members. Your job is to help members, offering advice and adjustments. Being a critique is not about flattery or being deconstructive.

Contributors
Voting and commenting on submissions While the other jobs are role specific, this is very general. Currently, this group receives a few submissions on a day to day basis so it’s not a particularly heavy job.
Your tasks are as follows:
Vote on submissions. Comment on submissions. Clean up gallery folders.Positions open: 2
At this point in time, that’s the number of staff that I need. I have created more roles and responsibilities so there will be another chance for you to become an admin. I’m quite an organised person so be prepared for ‘staff meetings’ and discussions on group events, projects and how to improve the group.
